Peristaltic Pump Systems

Peristaltic pumps are a type of positive displacement pump used to pump a variety of fluids. They have many applications in the Medical, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical fields. These pumps are typically used when you need to pump a clean/sterile or aggressive fluid, without exposing that fluid to contamination from exposed pump components.

Peristaltic Complete System will typically consist of a pump, a pump head, and a controller. There are many factors to consider when purchasing a peristaltic pump system. Flow rate is an important parameter for a pump. The flow rate in a peristaltic pump is determined by many factors, such as:

Tube ID - higher flow rate with larger ID
Pump head OD - higher flow rate with larger OD
Pump head RPM - higher flow rate with higher RPMA

On some of the pumps we carry, we have the option to swap out the pump head. Others, we can’t change it. Also, it’s important to note that we do NOT include tubing with our complete systems.
