Brewing Science Meets RealvWorld Labs

Last week, we joined Villanova University’s Brewing Science & Technology course to share real world lab insights with students. This innovative course combines chemistry, biology, and engineering to explore the science behind brewing beer. From water chemistry and yeast biology to fermentation technology and sustainable brewing practices, the syllabus offers students a comprehensive look at how science meets industry.

By bringing decades of experience in laboratory equipment and refurbished scientific instruments, HiTechTrader helped students see how classroom theory translates into practical applications in research labs, breweries, and industrial facilities.
