US Domestic and Canadian Warranty Policy
- Equipment is sold with a 30 day limited warranty unless indicated. The merchandise may be returned with full refund if the equipment does not operate as specified.
Authorization from HiTechTrader.com is required prior to shipping a return item / items.
- The purchaser is liable for all transportation cost
- All international sales are final.
- We do not sell "AS IS" unless stated verbally or in the description.
- Warranty / Return policy does not apply to dealers or brokers.

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to HiTechTrader.com within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of item for a credit to appear on your account.
If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of item for the replacement to be processed.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, HiTechTrader.com reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.
- All returned or exchanged items must be received in the condition in which they were sent (in their original box, and must include all packing material, any manuals, and all accessories).
- All returned or exchanged items must be shipped back in the same manner in which they were shipped (ie.- if it was shipped via air freight on a pallet, it needs to be returned via air freight on a pallet).
- HiTechTrader.com is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or equivalent model.
