Traditional metering pumps rely on check valves that can clog, stick, or fail over time. The FMI QD drive utilizes proprietary CeramPump valveless piston technology, delivering accurate, repeatable positive displacement with only one moving component in the fluid path.

What is an FMI valveless metering pump? Unlike traditional pumps that use check valves (which can clog or fail), FMI valveless pumps use a rotating and reciprocating ceramic piston to draw and dispense fluid. This design provides drift-free, highly accurate positive displacement with only one moving part in the fluid path.
