The RH00 pump head is part of FMI’s RH-series miniature pump head family, engineered specifically for low-flow, high-precision dosing. The wetted materials—including the ceramic (or zirconia) piston, ceramic cylinder liner, and PVDF or ETFE casing—provide excellent chemical resistance and high wear durability. This makes the RH00 head ideal for micro-scale reagent delivery of aggressive or high-purity fluids at pressures up to 50 psig and temperatures up to 100 °C (212 °F).
The QG-20 belongs to FMI’s low-speed QG pump family, providing stable low-speed operation for precision metering. When paired with the RH00 head, it delivers a maximum flow rate of approximately 6.40 mL/min.
Flow is infinitely adjustable from zero to the maximum using FMI’s “10-0-10” stroke control scale. This allows precise micro-flow tuning. Because the design is fully reversible, operators can seamlessly change the flow direction by simply adjusting the stroke control across the zero point on the scale. Furthermore, the compact 1/4-inch shaft configuration allows the QG-20 to integrate easily into laboratory equipment, chemical feed skids, and automated instrumentation.
