We insure all shipments. If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately (within 24 hours), save the packaging, and we will handle the claim and replacement/refund process.

We lock the weighing cell (if the model supports it) and package the draft shield and pan separately to prevent damage to the load cell during transit.
